Chef's knaf in Magnacut HT'ed regimine to maximize edge retention. Well balanced, of course, and waaaay lighter than you'd think before you pick it up. 


Blade: 8.75" of .105" Magnacut with hand rubbed satin finish. Ground very high with moderate distal taper. Thin, but not one trick pony fragile at all.
