General purpose kitchen utility knife...with style and a slight attitude.
Blade is CPM Magnacut HT'ed regimine to maximize edge retention. Ground very high with generous distal taper, while thin behind the edge, it is not one trick pony thin nor delicate. I just grind 'em high and tapered to get material out of the way and lighten 'em up.
Handle is that sweet purple @griptecofficial hex...bookmatched, of course, and lined with some @skurcomposites glowy goodness and G10.
